Shannon Roberts

Shannon Roberts, based in the UK, is an Aquaculture & Fisheries Biologist and is part of the sustainability team for Sea Farms Limited (Seafresh Group). She is responsible for the environmental and social sustainability of the aquaculture supply chains. Shannon studied her BSc in Marine Biology from Swansea University (Wales) and has since gained first-hand experience of shrimp farm & hatchery management in Latin America and Southeast Asia over the past decade with Sea Farms. Shannon continues to work closely with shrimp producers on-the-ground on improvement projects and is a proactive member of many collaborative initiatives with academia, NGO’s and other industry stakeholders.
