As the Chief Financial Officer of Protix and member of the Management Board since end 2022, Lynn has been a pivotal figure in orchestrating the company’s ambitious growth journey. Protix, a leader in the supply of insect-based proteins and lipids for feed and food, has seen transformative growth and expansion into new international markets.

With almost 25 years of international experience, Lynn's executive tenure spans across global companies and diverse markets. Her track record is marked by her unyielding dedication to driving business transformation while simultaneously securing strong financial outcomes.

Before joining Protix, Lynn was the Chief Procurement Officer for Solvay responsible for the group’s procurement strategy, zero-based budgeting, people and results. Lynn was also the President of Solvay Energy Services, a Solvay Group company specialized in energy and CO2 management. Aligned with Solvay’s growth agenda, she was driving the Procurement and Energy transformation through sustainable and purpose-driven value creation and innovation founded on a basis of operational excellence. Embedding sustainability in the supply chain and beyond was key to her role at Solvay.

A testament to her commitment to sustainability, Lynn was a pivotal figure on the board of Together for Sustainability (TfS) until December 2022, contributing to the sustainability practices in global supply chains of 37 chemical companies.

Prior to joining Solvay, Lynn spent 10 years in executive roles in strategy, operations, M&A, and procurement at Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), most recently as Vice President Global Procurement and Sustainability in Switzerland. In this role, she led an organization-wide transformation, focusing on sourcing strategy, risk management, zero-based budgeting and sustainable practices.

Prior to AB InBev, Lynn held leadership roles in the aerospace industry with Space Applications Services and Airbus Military. Lynn holds a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, and an MBA from the Vlerick Business School. Recognized by industry bodies for her contributions to procurement and sustainability, she continues to be a guiding force in the corporate world.
