Daniel Lorente Morales holds a degree in Biology from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s degree in Food Technology from CESIF, and an MBA from EAE Business School. He is a member of the Seafood Committee of AECOC and serves on the board of directors of CONXEMAR.
For more than 10 years, he has led the seafood purchasing department at LA SIRENA, a Spanish frozen food retailer focused on quality. Founded in 1983, LA SIRENA today operates around 275 stores, employs more than 1,200 people, and generates annual turnover of approximately €180 million.
