Arno Willemink

Arno Willemink grew up on a dairy farm in the Netherlands and has been involved in livestock from an early age. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente. In 2012, an internship with De Heus in Vietnam—focused on market research in Myanmar—sparked his interest in international agribusiness. He joined De Heus in 2015 as a Trainee in Purchasing & Trading and has since held various leadership roles. Since 2018, he has been based in Asia, first as Purchasing Director and, since 2022, as Chief Operating Officer Asia.
