Side Event: Inclusive Supply Chains and Continuous Improvement

An Indian farmer with shrimp feed
Scope /

Building on the success and popularity of previous editions, this year’s Inclusive Supply Chain session dives into the persistent challenges facing independent shrimp producers—and how we can collectively address them. Through firsthand insights from shrimp farmers and the organizations that support them, we will explore what is needed to empower these producers as resilient, independent business owners.

Join us for a dynamic, interactive session featuring voices from across the supply chain, including farmers, supply chain companies, and representatives from Hatch, IDH, Aquarev, AquaExchange, and more. The discussion will focus on critical enablers of success, including access to finance, training, technology, affordable feed, and efficient equipment.

Speakers will draw on real-world examples from various commodities, production systems, and regions, highlighting the diversity and complexity of this essential industry.

This session is sponsored by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council. Space is limited, so registration is required.
