Built a world class aquaculture advisory unit at Hatch Blue, working with policy development and impact investment projects across Asia, Europe, Americas Africa. She founded a National Centres of Expertise, The Seafood Innovation Cluster together with the CEOs of Norway`s leading salmon farming companies, suppliers, finance institutions and research. She has extensive knowledge working with the public and private sector with a broad network and understanding of the Norwegian innovation & knowledge ecosystem.
