Dr. Prakan Chiarahkhongman is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and Certified Aquatic Veterinarian (CertAqV) with over 30 years of experience in livestock and aquaculture healthcare. He currently serves as Director of the Aquatic Animal Health Care Products Division at Charoen Pokphand Group’s Advance Pharma Company, where he leads global operations across manufacturing, sales, and technical support. His work spans more than a dozen countries, focusing on aquatic animal health, disease control, and sustainable aquaculture aligned with the “One Health” approach.
Dr. Prakan earned his DVM degree following six years of professional veterinary training, and holds the CertAqV credential from the World Aquatic Veterinary Medical Association (WAVMA), headquartered in Colorado, USA. As CP Group’s official technical representative and public speaker, he regularly shares CPF’s innovations in aquaculture health care at international conferences. Based in Bangkok, he is widely recognized for his contributions to technical education, product innovation, and sustainable aquaculture development.
