As Seafood Purchasing Director at Hilton Foods Seachill, her focus is on responsibly sourcing a diverse range of species from an international supply base.

Through her tenure at Coldwater Seafood, Sea-Farms Ltd and Hilton Foods Seachill, Nicola has built a strong reputation for interrogating and understanding the industry from the ocean to plate.

Her expertise spans Whitefish, Shellfish and Salmon, underpinned by a robust understanding of fishing and farming practices, sustainability and ethical sourcing to meet the needs of both Hilton Foods Seachill and its customers.
