Mike Turenhout

Mike Turenhout is Director of the Visfederatie/VIV representing the fish processing industry and wholesale sector in the Netherlands. He also serves as a board member of AIPCE-CEP, the European association for fish processors and traders.

With a strong focus on policy and stakeholder engagement, Mike manages key dossiers related to raw material supply, trade affairs, and data. He works closely with national and international stakeholders drawing on a strong professional network to support a sustainable, competitive, and resilient seafood sector. Mike combines regulatory expertise with a practical approach to reinforcing the competitiveness and sustainability of the seafood supply chain.
