Mårten Jørgensen is Sales Manager at Optimar AS, the company which developed the dry El-stunner 20 years ago, with 800 deliveries worldwide per today. Marten has worked with both wild and farmed fish and crustaceans for 30 years, Marine education and in charge of Optimars fish and crustacean welfare projects in SE-Asia and C-America.
