María Alejandra Rivera is the Executive Manager of ESG and Corporate Affairs at Vitapro S.A., part of the Alicorp group. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa, along with two master’s degrees—in Innovation and Sustainability from EADA, and in Marketing and Commercial Management from UPC Graduate School. With over 20 years of experience, she has led sustainability, communication, and marketing departments across fast-moving consumer goods, agribusiness, and strategic consulting sectors. María Alejandra has held key positions at Nestlé, Alicorp, and Infinito Consultores, standing out for her strategic approach, long-term vision, and strong commitment to corporate sustainability in Latin America.
