Kristin has significant FMCG and Seafood C-Suite leadership experience built across all parts of the Shrimp value chain from Feed to Fork and from Private Label through to Branded/Value Added.

He is CEO & Founder of Karmic Global where he is revolutionizing Food Security, turning waste into wealth by upcycling shrimp waste into innovative activated biopolymers that extend shelf life and extend crop yields. He aims to create new financial upside for the shrimp industry at large while accelerating the Industry’s ability to help reduce Food Waste and deliver ESG & SDG targets. He serves as a Board Trustee at Aquaculture Stewardship Council. Kristin graduated from the University of Western Sydney.
