Keith Flett

Keith grew up on the docks with family in the fishing and seafood industry. As a result of that exposure, he developed his first seafood business at a young age. Over the course of his 20-year career in the industry he has held multiple roles within the for-profit and non-profit community innovating digital traceability and shortening supply chains throughout the world.

Keith is currently the Senior Director of Sustainability at The Fishin’ Company. In this role he leads a six-person team that focuses on FSMA compliance, technology uptake, ESG initiatives, and supply chain interventions to evolve the seafood industry and create value for customers. Keith also holds the role of Chair of the Partnerships Committee of the GDST.
