Gabriel Luna works as an international purchase advisor for several companies who source Ecuadorian and Mexican shrimp. He was a sales manager for a major shrimp plant and exporter in Ecuador until 2008. He is also the representative in Ecuador for two of the most important seafood companies in France and Italy, and commercializes products from different Ecuadorian export plants in Asia. He is a shrimp farmer since 2015. He has a market report and statistics company Glunashrimp who offers market advisory services for Ecuador production. He is also a co-founder of the Global Shrimp Council.
