Timothy Hawkes

Timothy Hawkes is a change agent with deep experience across business, law, and public policy. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at the Great Salt Lake Brine Shrimp Cooperative and a Senior Advisor to the College of Science at the University of Utah. He holds a law degree from Columbia University and served for eight years in the Utah House of Representatives, where he sponsored important bills on water conservation and the Great Salt Lake. A skilled mediator, communicator, and coalition-builder, Tim is recognized for his ability to navigate complex challenges in collaborative and constructive ways.
